Built on over 25 years of hands-on experience across corporate establishments, manufacturing environments and large, geographically dispersed project sites, V&V brings a practitioner's perspective to complex compliance and implementation challenges.

Our experience is particularly relevant to construction, infrastructure and project-based operations, where compliance often extends beyond conventional gated establishments to open and geographically dispersed worksites such as roads, highways, bridges, water infrastructure, tunnelling and other project locations.
These operating environments bring distinct challenges — multiple contractors and subcontractors, mobile and temporary workforces, changing work locations, decentralised attendance and wage records, social-security obligations, BOCW and Labour Cess requirements, and the continuing compliance responsibilities of the Principal Employer.
